JOLT special section on massive online courses

The MERLOT Journal of Online Learning and Teaching (JOLT) has published a special issue on MOOC research. Article in the issue include such topics as challenges to research in MOOCs, striking the right balance between facilitation and self-determination, teacher experiences and academic identity in MOOCs, and participants’ perceptions of learning and networking in connectivist MOOCs.
