The partnership allows users to access information from Canvas, by voice, on Alexa-enabled devices. Students could, for example, ask Alexa what readings they have, or to quiz them for an upcoming test. According to the article, the partnership holds the potential to make education more accessible, but also raises privacy concerns with student data being streamed through Alexa.
