Tech-enabled alternatives must be part of education reform, report says

The Center for American Progress has released a report that urges the United States Education Department to experiment with alternative education models, such as stackable credentials and competency-based programs, as part of broader reforms to increase university completion rates and to address the lack of clear pathways for students to take them through postsecondary education to a career.
