Posted on June 21st, 2014

In conjunction with George Mason University and Pearson, the Flipped Learning Networks recently published an update to their 2013 comprehensive literature review on flipped learning (pdf). The article highlights research from UBC on the impact of flipping a section of an introduction to modern physics course that found that students in the flipped section scored significantly better on the post-course concept inventory, suggesting that the flipped learning model has a positive impact on student learning.
